We are located in central Brighton, in The Lanes.
Our clients are of all ages and come from different and diverse backgrounds. There is no limit to what can be discussed in personal therapy and all discussions in counselling and psychotherapy are confidential, between you and your therapist.
Personal therapy provides a unique and private relationship, unlike any other type of relationship outside the counselling room.
Personal therapy in Brighton – what to expect from your first appointment with us
Personal counselling or psychotherapy provides an opportunity to meet with an experienced therapist and discuss, in confidence, any problems, worries or life issues you might be facing.
Your first appointment will provide an opportunity to see whether counselling or psychotherapy might be helpful to you. Therapy can be useful in addressing most personal, emotional or behavioural problems.
It is important that you feel positive about your therapist. It is the relationship we form with our clients that lies at the heart of our work.
